For your midterm presentation make sure to do as follows:

• Prepare a presentation of no more than 7 minutes that explains upfront what your thesis project is and how you are currently realizing it based on your extensive research.
• Your presentation can be in any format: on the screen, powerpoints, images, printed material, physical objects/prototypes, video/film excerpts. Make sure that every aspect of your presentation is professional. Think of it as an audition or a form of job evaluation if this pushes you to take your commitment to the next level. You may well be using some of this material in the near future, so make the most of it now.
• Give a clear idea of what your final presentation due at the end of the term will be: how are you going to display your research? On a table, a tablet? Series of tablets? Large Screen/s?, on paper or other print format? A combination of all of the above?
• Explain clearly where you are at the moment in terms of your research and hands-on production. Explain what you have accomplished and overcome so far, and explain what you need to accomplish in the weeks left in the semester.
• Provide a timeline of your production for the rest of the term.
