Summer 98
The following pieces were done at Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture during my 1998 Summer residency.
The art program consists of a nine week residency in a private property located near the town of Skowhegan, Maine. 65 artists are chosen every summer. Some come from as far as France, and Ghana. The artists are to meet with a resident faculty which is also chosen every year. It is one of the best experiences anyone who is in the process of developing a voice in the arts can have. I highly recommend applying for the residency.
